    True, but if the interviews last a while, and they might want to see the school for more than a minute to see if its actually worth taking over, we all know HC jobs can make or break your career... i imagine it waited on whether they wanted him and he wanted to stay (simplistic but i think if it didn't stay for more than a few hours id be worried).
