    question about all decade team

If the players have to play 1/2 their career here, how do Dennis Winn and Devon Dageford qualify? Winn was here 1 year and Dageford has only been here one year (there might be others--I just noted these two). Of course, this is no criticism or commentary on their abilities. Both are great players. Just wondered about the qualifications.

Re: question about all decade team

    From the website:

In order for a student-athlete to be eligible for the LA Tech All-Decade team, they must have completed at least 50 percent of their eligibility in the decade while also remaining in good academic standing during their careers.

I read that as 50% of their eligibility in the 2000s as per their time at Louisiana Tech. As in you could play two seasons in the 90 and two in the 2000s and be eligible. No more than 50% of your career at Tech in another decade. Under that logic both guys qualify.
