I like his offense and focus on speed. I voted wait and see, but I am looking forward to next season.
At what? Being a head coach, running a program, what?
I don't want him like DD. I would like our next AD to be like DD.

In that case I need to change my vote
I voted yes, simply because I think he is better for Louisiana Tech. I think this for 2 reasons:
1. He has experience as a coordinator, which Dooley has never had.
2. Dooley arrived here looking at the next job and we all waited every off-season to see if he would jump. I am not naive enough to believe that Dykes will stay at Tech for 20 years, but I like his attitude.
Dooley was a very good organizer and recruiter. Dykes also has a reputation as a good recruiter, so hopefully that is a wash.
I agree that our next AD needs to be like Dooley. He did much for us in that area.
