It means nothing of the sort. The Saints really just sucked for 43 years. It had nothing to do with bad luck and everything to do with suck. The Cubs have a curse. You must exercise the curse first.

The Saints too were under a curse. A Vodoo woman put a curse on the dome after it was built on the grounds of an old cemetary. I guess the waters washed the curse away after the hurricane, or the curse was lifted when the building protected all the people who sought shelter there.
