    They should either request (demand) it be repainted or replaced (through a mutual agreement) or tell WestV that they are going to facilitate a new agreement with another partner. Quite simple actually. It is done all the time in our industry.

    If a partnership is not working to benefit both parties, then there is no partnership it merely becomes a sponorship or a vendor/client relationship and in today's sports arena anything less than a partnership is not good and should be repaired or ended.
