Posting to declare a thread over. Gotta love the irony!

For one thing, posting to declare a thread over bumps it to the top of the forum and gives it new life. Not only that, but especially on this board, you are gonna get some smartass coming along making fun of you for bumping a thread to try to declare its death. :icon_wink:

Except for this; DD didn't get offered millions to coach in front of 100,000 fans/home game of a SEC & perenial top twenty program because he did a bad job at Tech and if SD gets offered and takes a big job in three years it will also be because our program continued the growth DD started. And, we will be better for it. Coaches read these sites and another outpouring of vomit when good work results in a far better job for SD and we might have to pay well above market to bribe a good up and coming coach. I can't tell you how good a coach he is, we will know in a couple of years, but he did probably better than we could have hoped for as AD, and I for one thank him!
