The university can't do that, but family can.
No, the university CAN do this to their heart's content with any of the school's student athletes. A third party, like a van moving company, CANNOT, use the likeness of any player who has NCAA eligibility left.
A player can do this if they get permission from the university (and NIKE) to use the logos. But, really, how many students/athletes can AFFORD the RV and the elaborate wrap job? :icon_wink::icon_wink:
Now that Wilson's college eligibilty is used up, however, NCAA does not have dog in the hunt, but Boise State (and again NIKE) surely would have to give their blessing. Notice: no BSU website is listed, just Wilson's, www.kdub1.com.
