Let me just be the first Aggie to say that this match up has me a bit worried. USU has gone on a great winning streak lately, but that hasn't made me forget about the beat down your guys gave us in Ruston. You played us tougher in the Spectrum than anyone else this year except Saint Mary's (our only home loss). Here's to a gut wrenching game tomorrow!

We're not the same team w/o Gibson at full strength. At this point, his problem is more than just physical--maybe he gained some confidence by logging minutes, hitting free throws, and drawing the late charge against Fresno.
I'm very interested to see how Rolle plays considering the fact that he was put on the second team behind Wesley. There is no way on earth Tai Wesley is better than Magnum Rolle!
That said, Utah State is the most disciplined team in the league. They have the best coach in the league. And they know how to win.
But...
We beat them like a rented mule in Ruston and played them VERY well in Logan w/Gibson in his slump.
Got to avoid the stupid turnovers and taking bad shots.
We'd also be well-served by not letting Pooh drive left to the basket--make him go right.
Yeah, what was up with the steal? It might have been blocked anyway, but it was like he was trying harder to draw the foul than to make the shot. That was a HUGE play for Fresno tonight.
I had to listen to the game and couldn't see it. I was talking about the player from Utah State that beat us last time.

I would argue that all we need is to play solid and have the refs lean toward our side the way they did for Fresno tonight. We can beat USU!! Go Dawgs!

Did any of you listen to Dave Nitz interview with Curtis C. about finally getting to play USU in a meaningful game...apparently he has strong utah ties like Rupp. We all know we can beat these guys
