What an outstanding performance by Jamel against Fresno. He would not allow us to lose that game.

Good old Memorial Gym
+1 one. His stats were very strong.
Hey was the MAN last night! Need another performance like that tonight from him.
As I texted Sooner this morning - best game by a Dawg in a tournament game since Johnny Miller went wild up in LR during the SBC tourney the year we lost to USA in the finals...
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
I was most impressed by his offensive rebounds and put-backs. With a team the size of Fresno State, that ain't easy to do.
I think Olu and Magnum have stepped up many times. However, in games you believe they didn't you need to look at ball movement to see why. They can't step up if they don't get touches. One of the point guard's responsibilities as the field general is to find the open man. Look at the perimeter players and see how many chances they get to score compared to the bigs.
Great point.
The perimeter players need to be play makers. If you look at the stats yesterday, Olu led the team with 4 assists, while DeAndre, the point guard had 1 assist in 40 minutes. That will not get it done against Utah St. That's what make Utah State so dangerous, they have good players and move the ball and make the extra pass.
In our domination of USU in Ruston, Brown had a season high 9 assists. That was clearly our best game of the year. He has the ability to dish the ball.
Yeah it seems in many of our games we will go a few straight minutes every game where we get stuck out at the 3 pt line with the ball.. In my opinion we have the most talented duo down low of any team in conference. Now is our chance to prove that.
