    Oregon's new basketball arena

Check out their new basketball arena costing 220 million. If this doesn't get good recruits, I don't know what will. I must say if I didn't love Tech so much, I would not mind going to Oregon it is so nice.

How do you get ONE prime seat?
You pay $2,500 for a one-time construction fee.
You pay $500 annually for a seat license.
You pay $35 per game for the seat.

PS--I love the collage of famous Oregon radio calls playing in the background of the website.

I really think they should rename Oregon the University of Nike. I just don't see where they get all their money without Nike's huge donations.

I wouldn't be complaining if Phil Knight had graduated from Louisiana Tech and donated a $100 mil.

    Re: Oregon's new basketball arena

You're right, Oregon is very nice, I look out across my fields at 10,000 foot mountians 12 miles away, beautiful. One of the things I like best is I sit out in the evening and not a bug touches me, heaven. Oregon would have a problem without the support of Phil Knight and a few others, nevertheless they have a following that travels across a huge state to go to games, a following that funds athletics at a rate that make Tech and its alumns look pitiful. We need to get in gear and get er done.

All this mush over a duck makes a Beaver fan want to puke.

PS: I live in Oregon by choice also. The rain will stop soon.

Yeah, Ernie Kent was the winningest coach in Duck history. He just hasn't won lately.

Ernie Kent was an average coach who got lucky for a few years with great recruits.

Yeah, and dont they have some SERIOUS off the field issues in football? I just dont see that program anywhere. They are quickly becoming the Miami / Florida State- they appear to be a team full of thugs.
