It rained hard here in San Antonio last night and now the wind is blowing hard with a good chill. I think it is headed your way.

If they were really worried about the weather, then why not move up the game time instead of pushing it back. I think that we'll be lucky to get this game in tonight. I don't think that they will play a double header tomorrow. I have sources and nothing has been mentioned about a DH but obviously things could change.
We have a shot at light snow today in E.Texas. Some global warming huh??
Later is not going to be better. Going to be cold and wet tonight. I hope this is our last cold snap for this Spring.
Were there thunderstorms in Ruston earlier today?
If they had looked at weather.com or any radar, they would have seen the worst weather was coming later in the day. Moving this game to 7 made no sense. It will be wetter and colder than it would have been at 3, if they are able to play at all.
According to weather.com...
Rain and thunderstorms. Rain ending by mid evening. Cloudy with temperatures falling into the upper 40s. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph.
You might be right and I doubt we get a good showing tonight with it being wet and cold. Just saying I bet that is what they are going on.
According to my sources it would have been fine for a noon or 1:00 pm start today.
...and according to all sources it would have been better not to start for Tech...somebody forgot to mention that the football game is in September.
Floodgates open on the opening drive..make that first inning...converted TD for USM...7 with Tech coming to bat.
According to the dad of the usm scheduled pitcher Sim said he had no way to contact season tcket holders so he would not move it up weather was fine early
Solo HR for USM made it 8-0, and Tech hit into double play #3 in 4 innings...
8-0 after 4.
Make it 10-0 with the 2-run shot in the 5th being the 4th Golden Eagle HR of the night.
