“You have to not only be alert for the plays, but you have to react very quickly and be in good physical shape,” he said. “Everything is continually moving, so you have to be ready to move and react with it.”
The thing I like the most about this new offense is the fast pace of it. When we've run our offense quickly in the past we have been very successful. However, when we took forever to signal in the play, then changed it at the line and got the snap off with 1 second left on the play clock we've almost always looked incredibly bad.
