First he gets busted by a public records request that revealed he told both LSUS and LSUHSCS to not cooperate with the study being performed by the Shreveport-Bossier business leaders.

Now he's complaining that the study was conducted without involvement from the LSU System!

Perfect example as to why it is stupid for Louisiana to have more than one university system. They are interested only in self-preservation rather than what is in the best interest of the communities they serve.
