I believe Burnett, Knotts, and Winn are out of pro-ball now. Good luck to Rike and Kersten this season.

Myrow has been in AAA for years, I wish he could break in the big leagues

Several times with different clubs and added a lot in August when clubs can go to larger roster. Hitter that was slightly below avg runner and glove.

He sounds like a 4A guy...
Someone who is better than AAA but can't take an everyday spot on a 25 man roster. You can get "called up" at anytime. September is when the roster expands from 25 to 40 so that is when everyone hears of the "call ups".

Sorry to read that Cris Kersten was demoted from Low A ball (Lake County Captains) to short season A ball (Mahoning Valley Scrappers). It looks like Cris was doing just fine there so I don't understand the move. Brian Rike is off to a much better start this year so maybe he'll be able to make the jump to AA sometime this summer. Being a 2nd round draft pick with a sizable signing bonus helped him get through that awful season last year so I hope he relax more now and have a great season like he did 2 yrs ago for Tri Cities.

Two of the outfielders for Lake County were on the 7-day DL back-to-back which allowed Kersten to get a spot on the roster for a while. When those outfielders came back, Kersten was the odd man out.
