    Rice
    Baylor
    Texas Tech

    May as well aim big.
    I hope it happens.

As far as left overs to bring in, I'd like to see USM and Tulane. USM because I think they would make a good rival. Tulane because it will give us more press coverage in the southern part of the state. Plus it would make a great weekend trip away game.

Kansas State will never be invited to the PAC10. Academics.

    Neither would Fresneck or Hawaii.

Probably, but they do not have a lot of choices to pick from out west. I did read somewhere that KU and KSU have a "ties that bind" type of agreement as well. So it will be interesting to see if they stay together or split.

Don't over estimate the academic side of the equation... If you can pay to apply, then you are accepted into Arizona State. Their enrollment is 50,000+.
Seriously, they do not reject applicants. With that as their stature, they are already in the Pac 10, (and our rivals)

Im just telling you, the PAC 10 is picky about their academic status....even though I think they are overinflating themselves.

On one of the hourly updates on sports radio 560 am, it was reported that Boise will receive an invite to the MWC on Monday.

    Not surprised.
But, I will be surprised if they accept that offer without taking time to feel out their other options first.
