There are 5 schools in the SEC with scores below 925 in basketball, Arkansas 886, Auburn 916, LSU, 918, Ole Miss 922, South Carolina 908. Arkansas got a waiver because of improvement. They went from a 755 in 2007-2008 to a 933 in 2008-2009. Ole Miss has a 921 in football and is the only school below the 925.
I was disappointed listening to "Wayne's" call to Fox and Co., yesterday, when he brought this up and pointed out that Tech was the only local school to get hit with an APR penalty, that nobody pointed out that ULM and Grambling have lower scores, but get a pass because their student body as a whole performs poorly.
Good old Memorial Gym
Blue,
You may not care about "it" but a good many of your listeners do. I understand the fence you have to ride to keep growing your "brand". However, this was one of the times where you could of shown (and defended) your loyalty to your school. I've moved and don't get to listen to your show anymore (unless I'm in town visiting family), but this clear miss is very disappointing.
