Phil Steele's College Football Preview released its 2010 strength of schedule rankings Thursday and the publication thinks Louisiana Tech will have one of the toughest schedules in the Western Athletic Conference. The Bulldogs 2010 slate is ranked third in the WAC as LA Tech enters Sonny Dykes' first season as head coach.
