    I agree about the student center and that it shouldn't be torn down. It could be renovated to look a lot better though. They really need to open up the second floor and put some stuff up there. My "other" school, UConn, has a student union that kicks Tech's ass. Lot's of natural light, actual food chains, big open space, a theatre for cheap student movies and guest speakers, tv rooms for commuter students, offices for clubs and organizations. Ours could be on par with that, but it would take a good amount of money.





    And for what it's worth, here is the Barnes & Noble UConn bookstore. It's called the Co-Op because there is also a bank, sandwich shop, and convenience store in there. I lived next door to this and Gampel Pavillion while there.
