For Holland to win, Von Bommel will have to have a huge game. Disrupt the Spanish midfield play. If he can...for 90 mins....Holland can win. If he can't, or worse, gets a yellow card or something that makes him play more cautiously.....ummmmm, could be a long night for the Dutchies.
Of course, Von Bommel is not the only ingredient needed to beat Spain, but I think his play will be a key component.
