That makes UND’s late acquisition of a Louisiana Tech home game in February a key piece to rounding out the 2010-11 schedule, which the school announced Wednesday.
“From a basketball standpoint, that’s a big name tradition-wise,” UND coach Brian Jones said. “It’s definitely an honor to get them to our building.”
The contract with Louisiana Tech, which will play in the Betty on Feb. 16, was a home-and-home deal. The Bulldogs, a member of the WAC, went 22-11 last season.

This looks more like a Rupp deal than a BVDV decision... Grand Forks is only 100 miles from the Canadian border and a 2-hour drive to Winnipeg... This may be the start of a fierce rivalry with the Fighting Sioux... lol

Any word on the date of the TECH-USU game in Logan?
I've always wanted to go to the Spectrum for a game and the coming season might be my last or next-to-last chance to see TECH play there.
Anyone else interested in going to Logan to see us play the 3 time defending WAC champions?
Pitiful. And we wonder why we can't sell any tickets.
