Congrats to N. Texas and the others improving their facilities! I am a bit jealous of the great looking home side entrances and suites! I hope somewhere sitting in Bruce's office there is a Master, Master plan in which the SEndzoneProject is step one, and huge home side building extending towards TAC with suites is step two, closed in updated east side is step three, an indoor practice facility with seating and more patios in the NorthEndZone step 4. Total Cost= Under 65 Million. A man can dream.

Not picking on ya, promise, but...I've seen the term used a few times on here.
Home side? Pickering High has a home side. The Meadowlands doesn't have a home side. The Glass Bowl doesn't have a home side.
Past that, I like your vision.
We REALLY need a pressbox/suites structure similar to the ones in NT, Houston, or FAU's plans as quickly as possible after the endzone project is finished.
The skybox and press box are being remodeled as part of the current project. That is the one thing that bothers me...why no expansion?
It bothers me too. A lot. Have you asked anyone over there what their long-term plans are for the pressbox area?
The thing is, they do't have to spend much money to remodel the skybox as currently pictured in the renderings, at least relative to how much an entire new structure would cost. From looking at the drawings, all they are really doing is adding a new raised subfloor in places (2x4's and plywood), new carpet, paint, new furnishings, new trim panels on the walls, hang some cool pictures, build a bar area, and so on. The most expensive thing in all of that would be all the new furniture and fixtures, and all that can be re-used if we were to ever tear down the old box and build a new one. The only thing we would be "throwing away" would be some carpet and paint.
