For weeks 1 and 2, I'm more worried about our o-line.

We are facing Christian Anthony and Von Miller, arguably (maybe NOT arguably) two of the five best pass rushers IN THE NATION in our first two games. Better block 'em.

Good point! It will be interesting to receive some reports from practice. Of course, practicing against your own team never tells the whole story.

A lot of times, Coaches will downplay things and say they just need to "manage the game" and not make mistakes.
But in this system, we need them to go out and WIN games.

Talked to Ross at some length last night, and from what I hear I'm sold. The dude is a natural leader, I believe in him and he will do good things this year. Also heard Molton hasn't been around this summer.

I guess it depends on your definitions, but it's my understanding that the beauty of "the system" is that it only requires a game manager.

The coaches are pretty high on Molton. I don't think there is any problem there. The QB play will be interesting. Don't be suprised to see some different looks out there. Even if Ross or Steven wins the job, watch for some wildcat with either Tarik Hakmi or Richey Casey at QB.

Shoot, let them all play. Let's confuse the hell out of the defense.

I like it! Dykes and Franklin put together a new type of offense. The "Rotating QB Defense Confusion" system. There will be a book about it!

Dykes said he definitely wants one guy to get the snaps at QB. I'm sure he would take an exception for some Wildcat, but he was asked about it in BR and said he did not like it. The coment was something like the more reps a QB gets, the better he sees the field and executes the O.

Molton was around the 1st session. Went back home to be with his Mom for July. Been individually working with his boy JJ down south. He'll be fine, a lot of players have family that need them home for whatever reasons.

I played a little QB in my youth and personally, I think the opposite is true. QBing is about getting into a rhythm. If a QB starts slow with a few incompletions and a couple of 3-and-outs, it is good to hand the reigns over for a couple of drives to give that QB a chance to see the field from a different perspective and to re-gather his thoughts/mojo. It also fires up the competitive juices even more to see "the other guy" out there. But if he starts hot, leave him alone. But, that's why Sonny makes the big bucks, and I'm sure it's different for everybody.
