Here's the problem: Dykes will be off to greener pastures once he starts winning. So if you are telling me that we have to lose a couple of years with each coaching change in order to have one or two winning seasons before starting the process all over, then we have absolutely zero chance of every building the program.

Agree, we need to figure out how to compete harder to retain a good coach. I know we can't pay 2M but we can pay $750 to somebody who's gonna bring Bowl revenue.

btw, we played GRAMBLING an fcs school and they played GA SOUTHERN an fcs school and neither outcome met either school's expectations.

We could have won by more. We showed a little respect for our neighbors.
