About 5/6 years ago I was weighing in close to 240# and was getting very little physical activity. I went on a strict diet and loss down to about 195# (its amazing how much weight you can lose when you don't drink a 6-pack of coke a day). A little over a year ago I started lifting and working out "religiously" and started eating right (high protein/low refined carbohydrates). Got my weight up to about 225#. Now I'm trying to cut body fat. I'd say if I weighed 195# I'd be pretty ripped.
According to the BMI chart, I'm obese.
I am obese according to the chart as well. At 5'9" 190, the chart is pretty limited. Take into account my 44" chest and 34" waist and it's not too bad. Not buff, but not as fit as I should be either.
i fit into all of the first four categories. also swoll, heavy, and just "big."
Wow! According to that chart I fall in the normal range! I was going to put myself in the overweight category. I am really excited so I am going to celebrate with another Twinkie.
I am in normal range on the chart. I checked fit, because their wasn't a category for the right size, but drinks, smokes, and hangs out in shady places.
I am 5'10 and 178 lbs. I am not fit enough to run 5 miles, but I feel good and my shape is good. I do get the beer gut from time to time and have to work it off. I am far from skinny and far from buff, though...... :icon_wink:

6'2" 195. Eating at subway and running when I can (or have to) to stay in shape. Beer is a carb right?
