COES students intern at V-Vehicle

Here is a good article (from the News Star) about some of our guys that spent a good bit of the summer in Detroit building prototype cars for V-Vehicle.

Wonder why the article didn't mention that Tech actually won a first place in the Shell competition? I hope V-Vehicle actually gets going, as it will be a big boost to north Louisiana.

Well, actually we won second in the MPG category which is probably what most people consider the main competition. We won first in Team Spirit and Design.

This year though! There are some new plans in the works.

Second ain't shabby at all! Good luck this year. Sure was cool to see the cars at the Argent Pavilion. Will they be showing them off this year?

They won't be on display at this weekend's game, but there are plans for them to be at one of the games. You'll just have to show up at all the games to find out which one!

DrDawg is correct. They will be at one of the games. There is also chance that you can see them in action at some point.
