Way too early to tell. He inherited a disaster, and everyone knows it. Will take at least 2 seasons to start trying to right the ship.

I say at least 5 years. I am not a personal fan of Dooley's, but as an alumnus, I hope he stays long enough for UT football to regain some stability.

In four years, Dooley and Tennessee will have as much talent on their team as anyone in the SEC. The Vols will be bowling next year. In four years, they'll be in the hunt for the SEC championship.
