There does not appear to be any basis in the rules for adjusting time when a review does not overturn the call on the field. The game clock was running when the review was requested, so the clock was started on the ready for play when the play clock was correctly reset to 25 seconds after the review.

Then the refs were correct, but this is a very peculiar rule, in that it allows replay officials to impact the outcome of a game.
