I see TCU to Big East, MWC replacing TCU with Houston or UTEP (UTEP for footprint and Houston for more prestige). Tech fills Houston or UTEP's spot. Been saying this for the last 6 months. Just waiting for it to happen.

If TCU goes to the Big East without the U of H (and they stay staus quo), I would like for Tech to try to fill their spot (TCU's), especially if the MWC goes to 12 if we could also get UTEP & Tulsa (or SMU). That would allow us to stay with our WAC brethren and also play regular games with Air Force, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Colorado State. It is not as convienent as CUSA, but it would damn sure be better the the New-WAC! Hopefully we can use our new found love for the I-Bowl as leverage since they have signed a deal with the MWC.

west - Boise, Wyoming, Nevada, Fresno State, UNLV, & SDSU

east - Air Force, Colorado State, New Mexico, UTEP, Tulsa, & LA Tech

Much better name recognition and if you add Tulsa & UTEP you have closer games than the WAC now with NM,, AFA, & CSU...... just sayin. Bowl games at Boise, New Mexico, Independence, Ft Worth, Las Vegas, & San Diego

Better than new WAC, MAC, and SBC. Not better than CUSA in my opinion unless the MWC gets AQ status...which is not going to happen now.
