The folks at Houston really dislike the fact that UTSA has been invited to join the WAC. They feel that they'll be competing for a lot of the same recruits.

The NSU Demons smoked Texas State 16-3 at their place! The WAC shoulda invited NSU.

I see Hawaii going indy in football and having the rest of their sports join some western league. No way will they stay in a conference with former Southland Conference schools. No way!

I agree. Given a chance, Hawaii, Tech, and USU are all gone in flash. Football at SJSU is no sure thing either. That could leave the WAC with UTSA, TSU, Idaho, and NMSU in football. How's that gonna work for ya Karl?

Anyway, the WAC is dead in the water and we need to try to get off before it sinks to the bottom. Right now, the USS WAC is taking on water, listing to port, and there is ONE lifeboat left. That boat is heading to the USS CUSA and we better get on it.
