I wanted to say that I am sorry for disrupting your message board and for calling out your school and fans, and I also regret entangling your fans amid the WAC controversy with BYU. BYU is a school that teaches its family to love and show respect to all peoples including those with which we have strong political and religious disagreements.

I do not know what came over me, but that attitude is not welcomed at BYU and is unrepresentative of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am not asking for your forgiveness because I don't deserve it. I am asking you not to judge BYU or the LDS Church for the poor choice of words that I have used.

Your anger is justified. Mine was not. As sappy as the teachings of the LDS Church seem, I find peace in many of the things that it teaches IF I'm not so stubborn to refuse to listen.

I’m not real sure that an LDS can even drink O’Doul’s based on the Words of Wisdom of the churches interpretation where by it has negative connotations because it has the “appearance of evil.” Ok, enough of that…damn it, where did I put that Coors Light!
