    Two questions I'd like to see answered:

    1 what does the oil drilling shutdown do to the current budget?
    2 What are they planning for the difference in the oil per barrel cost, that is to say if they were projecting ~$75 per barrel and it is higher like now. Which pet project will get it?

    The pet project for the bulk of any excess better be a Rainy Day Fund.
