You've changed your argument.
It was not made law by Obama and the socialist democrats in congress. It would not have gone forward with the individual mandate portion which was ruled a tax by a 5-4 vote. Oh, and it is NOT insurance for many reasons.

Now, the boo-hooing libs are claiming "many millions of Americans will lose their healthcare." How so? There's always Medicaid. Except for a small rise in premiums and not quite as good deductible our health insurance was unaffected by obummercare. Heck, if it is finally going away, maybe we'll get lower premiums!! Point is, obummercare did not impact (too badly) most Americans and it "going away" will have zero impact as well. Or, perhaps things will improve.
For the others, obummercare NEVER worked anyway! Most of those unfortunate enough to place their trust in the Dems either already have NO healthcare insurance or are on Medicaid.
Just another scare tactic by the evil Dems.

If anybody voted for one of those socialist candidates that put them over the top in 2018 (you said they did in another thread) they were voting for the pre-x clause, because that is really all Obamacare has done other than more than quadruple rates.
In the aggregate, health insurance rates have increased at a slower rate since Obamacare passed. Ymmv

Again, Obamacare is NOT insurance and the rates have gone over 400% for less coverage since Obamacare was passed.
Pre-x has always been covered in large group plans. So the number of people "not able to get coverage" was always over blow.
How to provide coverage for those who can't get coverage otherwise due to pre-x? High risk pools funded by state and federal assistance which would be a form of or similar to Medicaid.
Keep in mind, that most of those who don't have coverage want FREE coverage. The Obamacare TAX provides that on the backs of healthy individuals. That's what the socialist want to keep in place.
