Wintery mix falling here in Monroe.
Anybody else had work slowed this week due to winter weather in other areas of the country?

Talked on the phone with weather man at a Shreveport Station. We are expected to get 2 to 4 inches of snow over the next 30 hours. Gratefully, no ice, except a little sleet. Roads should be slippery, though.
this is my guess, but I would figure a lot of schools will be closed tomorrow.

''Don't be a bad dagh..."
My kids haven't had school Tues-Thursday and it's supposed to snow again tomorrow. I can't get my wifes car up the damn driveway because it's too slick. It hasn't been above freezing since Monday morning. Our streets are a solid sheet of 2" thick ice. BUT I did buy a 50 pound bag of salt so today I take my street/sidewalk and driveway back!
Classes have just been cancelled for the rest of the day and for tomorrow.
