Pictures, folks! I love winter weather and I miss out all the time, being in Baton Rouge. Let me live vicariously through your snow photos!

Pictures taken from Old Minden Road/I-20 area in Bossier City around 9:30 AM. Traffic on Old Minden Road and I-20 down significantly from normal. It's the first time I've seen the roads covered with snow/slush in the nearly 4 years I've lived in Bossier City.
I couldn't get up my driveway this morning. Had to shovel out by going across the vacant lot next door. Now I'll have to go back and fix ruts.

Thanks for the pics! It's just drizzly and dreary down here in the capital city...
You guys have it easy.
In the Dallas area, the highest temperature we've had ALL WEEK (before today) has been 22 degrees. That's right, 22. We had 3 consecutive nights where the low temp reached 9 degrees, 8 degrees, and 9 degrees back-to-back-to-back. We are now on our 4th consecutive day of "no school".
Ice is everywhere.
Right now, at 2:20 pm on Friday afternoon, it's 27 degrees and snowing pretty hard. It's funny.....but 27 degrees almost feels warm now.
I've had enough. Cabin fever has taken root at my house.

Oh....I guarantee you she would say so too.
Except for 1 brief, hour long, lunch 2 miles away yesterday (on Thursday, when the roads were barely passable for just a few hours), we've been locked in this house 24/7 since Monday night. The ice has just been unbelievable.
I honestly don't think I've ever been in "lock down" mode this long in my life. The weather has just been absolute CRAP!!!
