Scouting New Mexico State

• In the latest release of the NCAA rankings this season on Feb. 3, NM State ranks in the top 100 of 333 Division I schools in six of 18 statistical categories. The Aggies commit just 15.5 turnovers per game this year to rank No. 42 in the country. NM State's turnover margin of +3.1 stands at No. 54 in the nation while the Aggie free throw percentage rates No. 61 nationally (72.3 percent). The Crimson and White rank No. 67 in three-point field goal percentage at 34.1 percent and make 6.4 treys per game to rate No. 71. The Aggies' assist-to-turnover ratio of 0.81 is No. 98 nationally.
• Senior guard Jasmine Lowe leads the WAC with 2.9 steals a game and rates No. 32 nationally.
• Junior forward Tabytha Wampler ranks second in the WAC for free throw percentage at 86.1 this season and ranks No. 26 in the country.
• On the hardwood, NM State averages 65.9 points per game while shooting a 38.1 field goal percentage. The Aggies hold foes to 68.0 points per game and a 40.9 percent clip from the floor.
• The Aggies are alone in fourth place in the WAC at 4-3 one game behind Utah State in third.
• Senior guard Danisha Corbett attained a career high of 31 points at Boise State Jan. 27 while classmate Jasmine Lowe dished out a career high 11 assists - the most by an Aggie in nine years.
• Wampler boasts five double-doubles this season including her last double dip versus UTEP on Jan. 2 with 12 points and 10 boards.
• Four Aggies are averaging double figures this season: Madison Spence (14.3 ppg); Jasmine Lowe (13.1 ppg), Tabytha Wampler (12.7) and Danisha Corbett (11.0).
• The Aggies lead the WAC with just 15.5 turnovers per game and stand No. 42 nationally.
