Any idea what is going where Ryan’s was? It is being torn down. Also what’s to be south of new Popeye’s on 33?.
Not sure what is going to be built in the Ryans Location. Looks like more strip shopping locations(cause we need more). Also, Karl sold 6 acres to Brookshires. Faces Hwy 33 right in front of the new apartments.

NOTHING as far as construction goes fast in Ruston. I'm thinking that grocery store might be open by the summer.
