We're supposed to be the most technologically advanced civilization ever, yet we can't find a way to beat something designed and made thousands of years ago? There really is ni excuse not to have snipers that can see through the ships hull (body heat) and be able to take out every single pirate/terrorist. Bullets can go through 6-inches of armor, but can't penetrate wood/plexiglass/carbon fiber/whatever boats are made out of?

BTW, we are now hearing that the couples killed had boxes of Bibles they handed out in various languages as they traveled. Wonder if the muslim pirates killed them for having these on board as much as for $$.
