Wow, I always had a feeling she would end up there, but I'm not sure the timing is right. I don't know if she would leave Baylor until Griner graduates. Just my opinion
I would be VERY surprised. I don't think she would do it. She would never get the fan support she has at Baylor and, frankly, not sure lsu would pay her what she is getting. Close to home is the only advantage. They pack that Baylor gym.
I think it is just lsu wishful thinking........
Or, your wishful thinking that she doesn't :icon_wink:. But I'm with you. I hope she doesn't go over to the dark side. I get upset enough when I see her taking Baylor to the top, when I know it could have, should have, and would have been us if DR had been smart enough to keep her. If I have to watch her taking lsubr to NCAA Final Fours, I may have to move to Canada.
doubt she would leave Baylor with her daughter playing on the team and she's only a freshmen
Mulkey isn't leaving Baylor. She's already an icon there. They worship her. Her team draws enormous crowds, she receives a huge amount of publicity in the large DFW and Houston media markets, and her team plays in the best womens basketball conference in America (the Big XII). Why would she leave all that for a smaller market job in Baton Rouge?
Plus, you gotta remember, this is a lady who is loyal to a fault. For example, it could be safely argued that she stayed at LA Tech far too long (15 yrs as an asst coach?).
A more likely potential scenario might involve T-Spoon to BR. Not Mulkey.

I don't see anything LSU can offer KM that she already doesn't have, and it is not like she lives far away from Louisiana. On top of that I don't think she would want anything to do with LSU.
And Leon wouldn't go with her.
All of you are kidding yourselves. KM is all Baylor's for as long as they want her. She isn't going to budge. lsu can wish all they want.
