After some careful researching and some educated guessing, I believe we are in a great spot to win the WAC this year. Who do you thinks stands in our way this year for the Conference Title?
Wins- NM State, Idaho, Utah State, San Jose State
Toss-ups - Hawaii at home, Fresno St. away, Nevada away.
Ourselves?

Fresno is not on anybodys radar right now. Ive read alot about Hawaii but they lost a ton of players. Nevada lost alot too.
Waaaaay to many question marks on D for me to make much of a prediction. Will we be able to stop a decent run game? Will our safeties have some sort of concept of coverage and tackling? Will someone not-named-Broha pressure a QB?
I think SJSU and NMSU are still too far down. I think USU will be tougher than last year with Turbin returning. Idaho faces life with a new quarterback. UH looks to impress with a senior QB- and UNR and Fresno both have a ton of talent (and good coaching).
I'd say, given where we left off last season (plus breaking in a new QB ourselves), we have 3 realistic wins there. I say we'll drop @USU. We lost there last time we played, and they've been steadily improving.
Our Secondary scares me...but I'm optimistic we will win @USU, Fresno st. and hawaii at home
I don't believe you can call any road game a win or toss-up.
I agree. All road games stand in our way.
Can't disagree until proven otherwise. We haven't shown the ability to be able to beat Fresneck or UNR hardly at all, much less on the road. I know CK and Taua are gone, but Ault has a knack for finding diamonds in the rough that know how to destroy us. Fresno is always a problem, regardless of location. EARLY prediction: I'll swap Utah State and Ole Miss or Southern Miss. One "bad loss", one "good win".
