I don't like that the CBO won't look at this budget and score it. We all know that both sides play with the numbers so much, that it's rarely accurate. Aside from that, I like it. Hell, I'm not going to get Social Security, Medicaid, OR Medicare at it's current downfall.

Watched a bit of C-SPAN this morning where they were blabbing about a bunch of bs and felt we needed another Griswald, Brooks, Keitt, Potter, or Washburne in there. How do we consider these idiots the "elite" of America? 5th graders can do a better job and make better arguments. I slapped myself to check if I was awake (it hurt).
I know, most of you know too, that this is the 2011 (current) budget all this arguing is about. Yes, the same budget that was supposed to go into effect Oct 1, 2010. The demos held all the cards. They could have easily passed any budget (without reading it first, of course) at any time during the summer of 2010, the fall of 2010, even after the elections of early November in the lame duck session. They didn't (most of us know why, but we'll have to explain it to salty and his mini-me, student003), so now, STFU! You had your chance, barry/dirty harry, and you did NOTHING.
Reid is blathering idiot. Keeps fussing about the Repubs....well, again, dirty harry, why didn't you just pass a budget months ago!!!!!!!! Shut up.
And where is the dem outrage over the false claims made in Congressional testimony that Planned Parenthood provides health screenings and that mammograms were specifically included. BTW there is video evidence of those claims for salty's crew.

Where's Sara Palin and her "Death Panels"? The states are going to pick and choose what kind of health services individuals get based on the amount of money granted. They will undoubtedly have to tell some people....."sorry but it is cheaper for us if you die". But the republicans are against death panels....

Maybe but if the states have a finite amount of money, the plans will be very limiting. That has "Death panels" written all over it.
As I understand it, it calls for a subsidy to help people pay for their insurance, but does not provide an open-ended Medicare type entitlement.
