Is there an alternate spelling for his name? Fox has "Usama Bin Laden is Dead" not "Osama"
I don't know. But FOX News broke this news before anybody else did.
In fact, Geraldo was specculating as to what this hastily called news conference could be about, and he speculated that Bin Laden's death was one possibility. From that speculation, the FOX White House reporter went back and asked the White House for confirmation, and they indeed confirmed. I guess Geraldo's long experience paid off in this case.

I wonder if it was just a lucky strike? Seems like if they knew he was in there, they would have captured him alive rather than bombed the car.
I'm seeing reports that it was not a drone but that he was shot. I don't know which is the true story.
