I didn't know anything about Herman Cain, but he was very impressive tonight.

Ron Paul and Gary Johnson don't appear presidential.

Tim Pawlenty and Rick Santorum seemed to play politics and don't appear like strong leaders.

I am very proud to have been the first (or at least I think I was!) on this board to have publically endorsed Cain for President!

Very good candidate, down to earth guy with experience in the real world as a businessman. Which means he does not have the snowballs chance.


Probably not enough experience or name recognition in the eyes of some to really be a serious candidate. Realistically, maybe a VP choice if everything falls right. I would love to see him as POTUS based on what I know about him right now. However, if he catches fire, then watch out he could get the nomination with a few breaks. Since there is no other candidate heads and shoulders above the others right now, he does have a chance. It would be a very entertaining 2012 election of Cain vs. Obama.
