Almost the best thing I ever ate. If you have ever been to Buc ee's, definitly pick up on of their stuffed chickens. We got the one stuffed with dirty rice. It was out of this world! Not cheap at $15 each but enough to feed a few people with vegies on the side. I am now googling for the recipe.

The best thing I ever ate was charbroiled red snapper at a restaurant in Crystal Beach Texas. The restaurant moved over to the canal and changed it's name. I understand the original owner sold out to his brother. The restaurant is still open - STINGAREE - but I haven't been in years.
For those of you coming over to the CUSA basketball Tournament in Frisco, Hutchins Bar-B-Que has two locations: 1 in Frisco (NW corner of Main St & Preston Rd) and 1 in McKinney. I highly recommend Hutchins.
Coming over? Haven't you heard, the NCAA is strongly considering closing the games to fans, out of fear of the dreaded VIRUS!!! I assume CUSA will do the same, else, we're all gonna die!
