Florida Democrat Hastings faces ethics probe

The Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) has had at least one meeting with a former congressional aide who is suing Florida Democrat Rep. Alcee Hastings for sexual harassment, according to conservative watchdog Judicial Watch.
The group confirms that it was approached by the ethics office in May of this year, as was the former aide, Winsome Packer.
Packer alleged in a March lawsuit that she was “forced to endure unwelcome sexual advances, crude sexual comments and unwelcome touching” from her boss.

Don't know a thing about the allegations, but Hastings will be suspect from now on.

He is a member of one of the smallest, most "elite", clubs in the history of the United States. He managed to get himself impeached from the federal bench, which is extremely difficult to do.

Within two years of being stripped of his lifetime appointment, he got himself elected to Congress. Only in America.

Gone. I can't find it anywhere. Maybe it was scrubbed. I found another site that shows the score is 10-8 Democrats since 1974... but it doesn't have Weiner and Hastings... so it's 12-8 now.
