Looks like an advertisement for the city, not the football season.
Pure laziness. I found the exact photo they used for the background. I had a feeling the firm who put this together googled for "tulsa skyline" and got this picture.
It seems like they are going for a "your town, your team" kind of message. Trying to rally the locals around the only FBS college in their metro area.
Whether they accomplished that is debatable. But if that is, in fact, what they were going for, I can certainly respect it.
They should have had their mascot handing us a hotdog.

Not to nit-pick, but that's the Memphis poster, not MTSU. I would expect something like that out of Memphis.
