I didn't need a census to tell me the Hispanic population in Bossier has exploded. When Wal Mart starts stocking products that are specifically marketed to that segment of the population they already know. The other indicator is that you visit any new home construction site in the parish and you don't speak spanish you won't understand a thing anyone is saying. The third indicator is that there are businesses all over town that are wiring money back to Mexico.
did anyone notice there is a 24 hour Spanish language radion station in Shreveport/Bossier?
