Man, I could really work on my abs, but my preferred method of exercise (12 oz. curls) seems to negatively effect my abs.
Slendertone Ab belt! Amazing invention! I have been using it and finally see the beginnings of a 6 pack. All while watching TV and it does the work. Each contraction is equal to about twice the strength of a crunch. Works wonders! How did we get on this topic?

Why wasn't Venus at the halftime ceremony? It was kinda weird. They called her name, but she wasn't there.
Venus is suffering from cancer--they said it at the HOF induction ceremony.
