We have all taken a few shots at him for his ego, myself included, but no one can argue that he has done a hell of a job at West Monroe.

Congrats to him for being elected to the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.

I was at WM in 1988. If someone would have told me when I graduated that WM will go to the state championship game 12 times in the next 23 years I would not have believed them. I would have told them that was impossible. I could have seen something like Bastrop has been able to accomplish, but not the juggernaut that Shows has built there. Congrats Coach Shows... I wish you would have made it there a couple of years earlier!!
