Public announcements don't mean much. If the CUSA presidents and Banowsky don't know about the donation yet, we're already sunk. Don't confuse public announcements with private information sharing. The CUSA presidents need to be apprised not only of everything that is surely coming down the pipe, but the top 5 things we are working towards with regard to facilities and fund-raising. Whether that is happening or not, I don't know. I do know that we don't have to rush a public announcement to make the presidents and commissioners aware of what's going on at Tech. CUSAbbs members don't have a vote, so getting their attention does little for us.
