I wonder what would happen if it stops there?

The MWC would need 1 more team to get to 8. I bet they would take Utah State and probably San Jose State too. Maybe they would add all 5 of us to get to 12?

Instead of a feeling of doom regarding the agreement, I believe that there may be a lot of benefit out there for us if we become a part of CUSA. Based on the reports above, there may be several openings developing in the two conferences that mean a space for us.

I can certainly think of worse scenarios. I wonder if it gives them any added incentive if AFA and Boise do return their other sports to the WAC.

If we are invited to CUSA there probably won't be a WAC for Boise and AFA to compete in.

Do you guys realize that there is a decent possibility that AFA/Boise might be a members of the Big East and West Coast Conference's at the same time??? This crap is getting insane.

Well, this should be interesting. Who will win the race for the bcs aq status for 2014? Big East trying to keep it and CUSA/MWC together trying to steal it. I think they will need us to fill some spots no matter what.
